Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Apparel orders are processed Mon–Thurs by our print partner & typically ship within 7–10 business days.

  • Tallow orders ship from Pennsylvania and usually leave our facility within 3–5 business days.

Q: Why does my shipping cost change based on my cart?

  • Shipping is calculated by weight to ensure the most accurate pricing. Wix automatically totals the weight of all items in your cart and matches it to the appropriate shipping bracket.

Q: Will my items arrive together?

  • Not always. Apparel ships from Minnesota, while tallow ships from Pennsylvania. Your order may arrive in separate packages depending on what you purchased.

Q: Do you ship with boxes or mailers?

  • Apparel ships in protective poly mailers or boxes.

  • Tallow ships in padded boxes with bubble wrap to protect the glass jars.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. See our international shipping table below.

Q: Will I get tracking information?

  • Yes. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Q: How do you ship multi-item orders? ​

  • To ensure safe delivery and accurate shipping costs:

    • Clothing items are shipped separately from tallow (different fulfillment locations).

    • Tallow ships in padded boxes to protect the glass jars.

    • Apparel ships in poly mailers or padded mailers through our print partner.

    • If you order both types of products, you may receive more than one package.

    • Shipping is calculated based on the combined weight of all items in your cart to keep pricing accurate.
